If you haven't bought a home, the first few weeks of getting your financing and inspections can be very stressful. I was purchasing this home by myself (not in like I'm a big boy now, in the sense that I'm single), so Nia really held my hand through the process. After everything was wrapped up, she has continued to recommend people to help with home renovations and repairs and I continue to bug her once in a while for a roofer or a good hardware store in the area and she always responds. Overall, if you are looking for someone to help you find a home that is right for you Nia is your woman! She never attempted to pressure me into a house that wasn't a good fit for me and she has been incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I had been looking in another area of Los Angeles and that agent had been very pushy about getting me in a home even if I had reservations, Nia is not at all like that. She really develops a feel for what type of home you are looking for and will take her time and find you the right house.
